Usha Rangarajan
With a unique combination of strategic and operational expertise predominantly in the service industry, Usha brings to the table an ability to design and align the entire organization around the customer, and the strategic objectives. She has worked across industries ranging from hospitality to education, IT&ITES, telecom, in both B2B and B2C space. She has played pivotal leadership roles in driving expansion and consolidation agendas, across multiple functional groups – from HR to Operations & P&L, Strategy & Risk to Quality & Business Excellence, Customer experience & Brand standards to CSR and Sustainability.
Usha is adept in using business excellence models from Malcolm Baldridge to EFQM for diagnosing and improving Organizations. She has played a key role in various Tata Group level initiatives and committees, from Business Excellence to Sustainability. Usha is a Member of the Institute of Directors. She is an advisor to the NGO focused on education for the underprivileged, Shikshadaan.
