An alumnus of ISB, Hyderabad, Bindu has a rich career spanning 22+ years. Bindu worked with Aon Hewitt for 11.5 years, and Wipro Spectramind prior to that. At Aon, Bindu held various roles, managed 1000+ colleague teams across different locations and also led Aon Cares, the CSR efforts of Aon in India. Deeply interested in transformational initiatives, Bindu has coached several leaders across Aon and has led a three year, transformational initiative that led to outstanding business results.
