Bindu Krishnan

An alumnus of ISB, Hyderabad, Bindu has a rich career spanning 22+ years. Bindu worked with Aon Hewitt for 11.5 years, and Wipro Spectramind prior to that. At Aon, Bindu held various roles, managed 1000+ colleague teams across different locations and also led Aon Cares, the CSR efforts of Aon in India. Deeply interested in transformational initiatives, Bindu has coached several leaders across Aon and has led a three year, transformational initiative that led to outstanding business results. Bindu brings strong capabilities in managing large operations, transitioning and setting up of voice based customer service processes, and cultural transformation of businesses and business units. Bindu is an avid blogger and excellent public speaker.

The husband – wife duo of Bindu and VG Krishnan, suffered severe losses during their entrepreneurial stint and the struggle to repay the dues, made them deeply committed to giving back and they setup “ShikshaDaan” in 2012. ShikshaDaan’s vision is to fund 1.25 crore lives for education leading to employment. They are currently on a Unique “ShikshaDaan Yatra” across India.
