Ferzeen Engineer
A HR professional with global experience, Ferzeen is an alumnus of NMIMS, and also holds certifications from the University of Sydney. She started her career with the Taj group, and then worked for organizations such as C-F-S Career Management and HR solutions (Sydney), and then Emerson Process management, a fortune 500 company in the engineering industry. Ferzeen has also been a lecturer at the Jai Hind College for HR, and is currently volunteering at the Early Intervention Center at Ummeed, an NGO that helps children with developmental difficulties.
In the past, Ferzeen has been in line management as well as corporate HR and L&D roles. In her HR role, she has successfully implemented a reward and recognition program, a competency based interviewing and learning framework, a successful HR audit program, a headcount rationalisation program and performance management program. In L&D, among many, her most popular program was a very impactful leadership program.
