Senthil Rajamani
Senthil holds an MBA from Johnson Wales University (USA), and comes with over two decades of experience across all formats in hospitality – from luxury hotels to quick service and speciality restaurants.
Starting as a management trainee with the Taj Group of Hotels, Senthil moved on as a member of the leadership team launching Pizza Corner QSR chain in India. He served as a district manager, driving the expansion agenda, opening new restaurants, with P&L responsibility, quality & service standards, & staff competency. Senthil turned entrepreneur in 2004, as a partner at Coromandel Group of Restaurants; he launched several speciality restaurants in the US, and runs his own restaurant and catering business out of Connecticut.
Senthil is very passionate about people, successfully running interventions and developmental programs on individual excellence, service excellence and leadership development. He also offers consulting specifically to hospitality and retail, in design and delivery of customer experience programs & service standards.
