Shirin Batliwala

Shirin is a veteran in the hospitality industry, and revered name renown for her passion for perfection and excellence in customer service and hotel operations.  Shirin has successfully launched the Taj Bengal, and managed several flagship properties of Taj – Bengal, President and Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. She comes with strong expertise in designing and implementing large scale projects in a holistic manner – from the hard tangible physical elements to brand standards and service design, to organization design, staffing and competency development. Shirin also brings with her the ability to drive profitability, through both top-line and bottom-line interventions, especially in the hospitality space.

Her consulting assignments span a leading hospital, a realty group, earlier a hotel chain.  Her assignments involve strengthening operational processes, designing and driving superior customer experience, and building a service culture; she also supports in new projects – from design to go live; Shirin is also an independent service auditor.
